If you're shopping for a nice complex to live in, keep looking. There are far better options out there! The management makes every effort to convince you of how great this place is when you inquire. Don't be fooled by the deceptive photos they post online. The common grounds and exterior of the buildings are filthy, the stairwells and shrubs are disgusting and full of spider webs, and there is trash everywhere. There are dumpster divers raiding the trash constantly and anyone can access the property easily. If you have more than one car, you will be forced to park off property at your own risk, as they only issue one permit per unit!! Stupid at best on a good day. We were promised a new gated and secured entry two years ago to eliminate illegal parking, but that never happened. I strongly recommend that avoid this development entirely so you won't fall victim to the same BS that we did.

Love Veronica! She gets back to me right away about most things. Took a star away because their dryers are always broken in the laundry room and management doesn't reimburse for the money lost. Also, I don't like that it costs $4.95 each payment if you want to manage your account on line.

Ever since Trinity properties began to manage this complex alot of things have changed. The property managers are very proactive and promptly address issues that are being reported to them and gladly attend to the tenants. CVPD is rarely seen on the property, due to security actively on site. I highly recommend The Atherton Apartments and suggest you stop by visit the friendly staff for a property tour.

Great place. Clean,quiet and full of roaches! Dangerous place to live, the cops are here everyday, only 2 or 3 chairs at the pool to sit in. Filthy; dog crap and trash every abandon cars and sex offenders living close by. Good luck getting maintenance too.
