The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Chula Vista. To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere, residents are kindly asked to observe the city’s noise ordinance, which calls for reduced noise levels between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weeknights.

• Required credit score: 690 or higher
