The environment here is wonderful. I absolutely love that the premises are non smoking (this swayed our decision to rent here). The grounds and laundry facilities are kept very clean and well maintained. The ladies in the main office, Melinda and Jhoanna, are extremely helpful and have excellent response time.

I've stayed in Bonita courts for a only a short while, but my stay has been excellent. The property is pretty large and the units are fairly spacious. I enjoyed living in these comfortable apartments that are well centralized between Plaza Bonita mall, Vons, and the free-way entrances.

Bonita Court is a great place to live the units are a good size and the layout of the complex is great. There are so many things that give this property potential. Management is responsive and maintenance gets handled fast! There was even a spa put in next to the pool! Great addition to the other amenities offered here. Plenty of parking and you don't feel so close to your neighbors here which can be a nice for privacy.

You better account for your deposit as part of your total rent if you plan on living here, they will take your entire deposit and try to take more even if you leave the apartment in perfect condition. Also, expect the maintenance crew to come inside your apartment without knocking or anything in order to "check on something." Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst place to live. It take them months to fix something. It's worse than living in a ghetto area. Suprisingly for being Bonita, it's super ghetto. They charge you like if it was luxury apartments for being Bonita but it's the total opposite. They do half ass jobs. They don't repair things that break. When we moved in we told them about water stains on the ceilings. They don't fix them because it's considered cosmetic. If they consider something cosmetic, they won't fix it. So we live in an apartment with water stain on our ceiling that finally started leaking last night. Now we are stuggli g for them to finally fix this issue. You can't get a hold of someone from corporate because they have strict orders to no give out the corporate number for any reason. So if the manager is not doing their job, you can't complain to someone above because you can only talk to the office manager. It's ridiculous and all they do is make up bullshit excuses. If you were thinking of living here, don't. You're gonna regret it. It's gonna be the worst decision you've made in your life.

It's difficult to give a rating when you never have a chance to speak with the manager. I went into the managers office, not once, not twice, but three times different day and times of the day. She completely ignored me while speaking to other people. One time I purposely stood inside the doorway for about 10 minutes as she spoke to a man, she never glanced up to say can I help. I'll be right with you, etc. The office is no bigger than a bedroom so she definitely saw me. I didn't want to make the man uncomfortable as he spoke to the manager, I assumed he might have been a tenant, so I walked out the door, looked at some handmade brochures, still in the managers view. Walked back inside.. still not response. The 2nd time and 3rd time I didn't wait as long. I've been to complexes such as Sunbow Villas, Missions at Sunbow and many others during my search and none of these managers were nearly as rude as the one here at Bonita Court Apartments. Normally I would say something.. but thought that's OK.. I don't want to live here anyway from the reviews I've read and word in the neighborhood about the complex.

Horrible apartment complex, rent is wayyy too high and the apartment units are right next to the parking lot, which is stupid because there is way too much noise from lazy neighbors who use their cars every dam hour, 24/7, you can't get peace and quiet or a good night sleep, hate this place, too many dog owners, dog poop and pee all over the place, no security, this place is really boring and just not worth the money, I can't wait until my lease is over, don't move here, west chula vista from the 805 is a better place, don't waste your money here. Plus the people who live here are sad and miserable, all they do in their empty lives is work and be stuck in the house, they never leave the house at nite, these people who live are so sad, with no fun, i can't wait to move out of here and NEVER come back
