I love Train Station Apartments. When we moved in there was an unexpected welcome basket with snacks, which was perfect for moving day hunger attacks. The layout of the unit is great and feels huge. There is tons of storage. The windows are all new and keep out sounds and the heat. The unit has a gas grill on the patio which we used for cooking instead of using the oven and heating up the house. The pool and huge hot tub are beautiful. The grounds are regularly maintained. If you have an issue in your unit they are very responsive and Karl will fix things quickly, and he has also saved my kids flip flops more than once from being left at the pool. Thanks Again Jennifer and Karl for making Train Station a great place to live!

This place is really a hidden gem. The buildings and landscaping are well maintained and the management and maintenance team are both friendly and welcoming. It has been a hassle free living experience and I recommend this community wholeheartedly. The pool/spa area are gorgeous and it is tucked away form the road which makes it quiet. My only gripe is the parking (more in front with the 1 bedrooms than in back by the 2-3 bedrooms), but honestly I have never lived in a community where extra parking was ideal and at least we have 1 designated covered spot per apt. I've been a property manager for 15 years now in Chico and I prefer to rent, and for the price and amenities you almost can't beat it. Check out the 2x2 apartments they are huge with great patios and washer and dryer included.

I lived here for 3 years. The manager and maintenance guy are really caring about residents. They responded very quickly and i got money security deposit back really fast as soon as i moved out. The apartment is very close to bike path, just 5-10 mins walk to B-line bus station( #2,#16), super quiet, and close to Cinema, grocery stores and many nice restaurants ( My favorite was close to DMV). Residents living here are very friendly and nice as well. I didn't have any problems while living here. Living in Train Station apartments in Chico will be unforgettable and i already miss this apartment since left Chico.
