This review is predominantly for the property manager, Dean (but the apartments are nice as well). Dean was the major reason I was considering the Lassen Villa Apartments. There are a number of month-to-month properties in Chico, but after meeting Dean I did not consider alternatives. He was down to earth, friendly, flexible, and inviting. From the beginning, Dean seemed genuine in his desire to ensure my comfort with the lease options and terms. He was very considerate and even contacted other properties on my behalf to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my next living arrangement. Honestly, most apartments are very similar and so the deciding factor is often on the periphery of the decision. In this case, that factor was Dean.
It has been a pleasure to experience apartment living after relocating from Grass Valley, CA.
