The maintenance staff is great. No matter the problem, they are prompt and efficient. Shawn is really good at his job and makes sure everything is in good order.

We just moved in to this beautiful apartment and today we had an amazing experience with Shawn from the maintenance team. We had few plumbing issues in both the bathrooms. Shawn did an exceptional job in fixing the issues. Additionally, we had a minor electrical issue which I had forgotten to mention. I realized it only after Shawn had left our apartment. I peeped outside the main door hoping I could find him and lucky enough, he was just outside in the corridor. When I asked him, he was ready to help without any hesitation and was able to fix it really quick. We are so happy with him.
