On this day of 1/22/2024 I am ending my lease with a beautiful place to live. It has been a pleasure to reside at The Grand. The staff is amazing with a very good maintenance team as well. The administration department is always helpful. The assistant property manager Ms. Latonya Stevenson is exemplary. She is always poised and quite proficient to answer and address any concerns or questions in an expeditious manner. She is truly a credit to this organization. They need more people like her.

He not only fixed the problems I had but also replaced the wood under the sink.

We love our new home at The Grand! We recently moved after selling our home in a very short time. My daughter lived in The Grand West Bldg. in 2018, and I always loved visiting her..so beautiful with resort like amenities. Our grandson absolutely loves the pool !! Our apartment home is spacious, which allowed me decorate similar to our prior homefeels warm and comfortable! I love sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The view is amazing!!
The staff has been so responsive beginning with Sandy, the leasing agent, Lindsay, the property manager, Carmella, the lovely relations manager and James, the super efficient maintenance staffer who took care of all of our final move in requests!!
Moving after 15 years was a big deal for us, but we are so happy that we chose The Grand as our new home!!
The maintenance staff is great. No matter the problem, they are prompt and efficient. Shawn is really good at his job and makes sure everything is in good order.

We just moved in to this beautiful apartment and today we had an amazing experience with Shawn from the maintenance team. We had few plumbing issues in both the bathrooms. Shawn did an exceptional job in fixing the issues. Additionally, we had a minor electrical issue which I had forgotten to mention. I realized it only after Shawn had left our apartment. I peeped outside the main door hoping I could find him and lucky enough, he was just outside in the corridor. When I asked him, he was ready to help without any hesitation and was able to fix it really quick. We are so happy with him.
