Minimum credit score of 620 with no accounts currently in collections. Verifiable employment and/or combined gross monthly income of all lease holders equal to at least 3x the monthly rent. Positive landlord references with no prior negative tenant/landlord history, including evictions or landlord/tenant court cases, or a positive mortgage history
All applicants are also subject to state and federal criminal background checks.
