The 964 finished sqft basement apartment offers a private side entrance, open living room with a built-in bar area, eat-in kitchen with white cabinets and appliances (refrigerator, electric oven), a bedroom with closet space, a large home office/2nd bedroom option, and a full bath. A full size, side by side washer/dryer are included. Two ac window units are also included.

Rent includes: lawn care. Unit B is responsible for a percentage of the whole house water/sewer/gas bill (based on the number of occupants in each unit). Electricity is set up separately by the resident. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 unrelated people. Undergraduates are not allowed.
