• Pet Deposit: Refundable if no damages occur during the lease term.
• Trash Fee (C.R.S. Waste Provider of choice, unless specific provider is required by Homeowners Association/Metro District.
• Taxes & Utilities: Not included in Total Price; subject to provider rates.
• NSF Fee: Charged to the Tenant if any Tenant payment to Landlord is declined by a banking institution or cancelled/rejected for any reason.
