3 years ago I left this place a 1 star review. It is now under new management and it has gotten so much better since then. I've grown to enjoy it here even though it's not a permanent home. Compared to other cheap apartments, this one is a decent size. I enjoy the walk in closets, spacious livingroom, walking distance to downtown Cedar Springs, plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby as well. What sells me on this place is mostly the location. The new staff here is so much nicer than the previous. It's still not the perfect place but for a temporary home Its a decent place to live while you're restarting your life. Make sure to get renters insurance.
