Description

Hideaway Cabin/Shed/Ag Building in the mountains, 2.8 miles behind the old Huntsville Monastery. Private gated ranch road. The ranch road is not maintained and winter access is via snowmobile or snowcat. Two on-property seasonal streams. Cabin is highly insulated (made as a snowmobile hideaway cabin). Breathtaking views and privacy. Heating/Cooking is an antique wood/coal cooking stove. Cabin is wired with Romex (electricity is by generator, not included). Cabin has plumbing but a septic system has not been installed because the cabin is located in a Zone 2 watershed, so waste water/septic is an issue. A media system had been approved by Weber County but that may not be acceptable now. Perhaps a holding tank similar to what the Forest Services uses in camp grounds, or a composting toilet would work.
