AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to 2027 - 2028 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Upstairs you will find a bonus living space as well as the three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers a television. Another guest bedroom features a twin day bed that has a twin trundle neatly tucked below. This room caters to the junior members of your family but is versatile and will work for single adults as well. There is a full bathroom complete with a combination tub and shower which works perfectly for little one’s bath time! At the opposite end of the lofted living space, there is another queen guest bedroom which also offers a television for your viewing and streaming pleasure. There is a plush futon on this living level that makes a great hangout for teens and doubles as an additional sleeping area in the evenings if needed.
The outdoor enclosed shower comes in extremely handy for washing away that pesky sand from the beach and for rinsing off before enjoying a soak in the hot tub. Your private hot tub is covered and available for use in all seasons. There is a gas grill available along with a wood burning fire pit in the back yard. Whether you are at the beach, relaxing on the covered deck, grilling your favorite summer dish, or enjoying the hot tub – “Thalassa” is sure to check all the boxes your family wants and needs to have a truly special experience.
In the summer season make sure to try the famous donuts at Britt's and Thursday night fireworks on the beach! The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are a short drive away and make great daytime activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriads of activities offered on Pleasure Island.
