AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to 2027 - 2028 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

The primary bedroom is located at the front of the home just off the dining area and features a queen bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom includes beautiful coastal touches, updates vanity, and walk in shower. There is a full laundry room close by that offers plenty of space and adds wonderful convenience to this home. Off the kitchen you will find a hall bathroom that serves the two guest bedrooms as well as visitors. The shower tub combination is perfect for families with small children while the charming shiplap and oyster shell mirrors appeal to adult guests. A guest room with a queen bed makes great accommodation for your family members and the nearby bunk room that features a pyramid (twin over full) bunk bed is ideal for junior family members.
Grab an ice-cold beverage or the catch of the day and head out to the deck. Spend afternoons grilling, sunning, and outdoor dining! A painted mural boasts a unique and charming background for the outdoor shower so that you can rinse away that pesky sand after a day at the beach. The back yard features a storage shed that includes beach equipment and spare propane tanks for the grill – a great convenience! Just a 1.5 blocks away from the beach access, “A Promise Kept” is an ideal location for families and the grassy yard is perfect for your four-legged family members.
Life is too short to miss the spectacular sunrises, famous donuts at Britt's, Thursday night fireworks on the beach and quality time with your family making lifelong memories. The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are great day time activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. Just a short stroll to Freeman Park, your furriest family members will have a ball on their stay. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriad of activities offered on Pleasure Island.
