Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
DESCRIPTION:
"T.J. House" was featured in a TV special about Seal Team Six and it boasts some of the most spectacular sunrise views anywhere. You'll enjoy three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a private walkway to the beach. There is also a small screened-in porch and an outdoor shower on the ocean front deck. There is a Queen bedroom, another with a Full bed and the third bedroom features a pyramid bunk with a Twin over a Full bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room, for sleeping accommodations for up to 9. There is plenty of parking for 3 cars. Note that the washer/dryer is located in the basement which cannot be accessed from inside the home.
