I have never had to get an apartment but when I did Argenta Rim took care of me. There maintenance team is very responsive. The front desk managers were always a text a way and always made sure to get an answer if they were sure how to answer my questions. They always had the best people to work with !! Penny is now the manager and she does an amazing job on the fast responses when you have questions or concerns.

Drove 9 1/2 hours down from Montana, had prior arrangements set up with the property manager to move in.She met with me on her time off to get me checked in. The process was simple and fast. The unfurnished apartment was clean and ready to go. I appreciate her time and effort to make sure I was taken care of.

EDIT- next door got two dogs that bark CONSTANTLY all day when the owner isnt home and thats all you can hear inside. And the pee smell from letting them pee on the walkway

Living here has been great! The manager is excellent and works with you with any of your needs. Maintenance quick to respond to any request. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. It is a good place. And allowing a dog is a plus here in Northern Nevada! Not all rentals allow this.
