We have a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment available for rent around the 1st of May on the North side of Canyon Lake. The unit is a downstairs unit on a quadplex (4 apartments). The unit comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, as well as access to a washer/dryer on the property. The property is a 3 acre piece of private property with plenty of trees and open space for tenants to enjoy. We are located only a few minutes from the lake and easy access to 306. For the privacy and security of our other tenants we do not advertise the address. Security deposit is $1,000.00 and monthly rent is $1,000 utilities are separate. We do require background checks.
