Pet Policy: No fenced yard - Cats only. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval and additional security deposit. We generally limit to 1–2 pets per unit. Cats are allowed if all past landlord references check out. A signed pet addendum is required for all approved pets.
Application Requirements
All occupants 18 years or older must submit a separate application and pay a $40 non-refundable screening fee — no exceptions. We require:
