Parklawn Apartments is a great place to live! The apartments are newly remodeled with efficient appliances, heat, and a/c. Joni in the office is awesome and maintenance is great about fixing things right away! Also, the location is great- small town setting with Honeoye Lake right around the corner and plenty of shops nearby.

I absolutely love living here with my fiance and son. They are all super nice and totally quick to fix stuff if anything breaks, we live downstairs and we hardly hear our neighbors. It's super close to our local CVS and Shure Fine and Dollar General, safe neighborhood, and across the street from the Honeoye School. It's a tad expensive but they just renovated all the apartments and they have new appliances so it makes sense.

I lived there for 2 years and couldn't be anymore pleased about this place. You have 24hr onsite Maintenance, who responds very quickly! The apartments are very clean and the new renovation of them is FANTASTIC. Looks brand new and I always get compliments when people come to visit. Being a working professional and having to wake up real early for work, The quiet hours are very good here because no one bothers you and the neighbors are respectful. The management is always looking out for you and is always available to ask questions. JD

My roommate and I lived here for a year. The maintenance response was terrible, they went through AT LEAST 3 office workers while we were there, and the parking is a nightmare. Very disorganized, and often rude when dealing with any issues. We accidentally left 2 packed boxes when we moved, instead of calling us so we could pick them up, they threw them out and took money off our security deposit. Was not impressed with our time spent there.

If I was 3 days late with rent (which I was always on time ) I'd get a letter saying I'll be evicted and to go to court for the matter.
