Terms
1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.
2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.
3. Nonrefundable Cleaning Fee of $250 prior to move-in.
4. Cats and Dogs are allowed (some restrictions apply). 1 time $300 deposit and $30 / monthly fee.
5. Parking available. Each resident will have one registered spot.
5. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
1 Occupant - $105
2 Occupants - $160
3 Occupants - $200
