2. Refundable Security Deposit based on credit.
3. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.
4. Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $250.00 prior to move-in.
5. Pets are allowed (some restrictions apply). $300 deposit and $30 / monthly.
6. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
