Each apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting (some 1st floor apartments have hardwood) throughout the apartment with an AC unit in the living room and bedroom. Hunter ceiling fans are standard in the dining room & bedroom, and each U-shaped kitchen is equipped with new walnut cabinets, coordinating backsplash, and countertop. Additionally, each unit is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave hood oven, range, and refrigerator. The kitchen and bathroom floors are porcelain tile. Full-sized bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination and generous vanity.
