The Fair Lane Acres 55+ mobile home park requires all prospective tenants submit a background application along with the $150 fee. Obtain the application at the Fair Lane office located at 819 49th Ave. Terrace W. Passing the background check (along with income verification) are required before New Start can rent in this community.
This is a two bedroom one bath property with a two car tandem, carport, parking. It has plenty of storage with a storage shed that has a laundry room in it and a extra enclosed storage room off the second bathroom.
*Application Requirements:
Proof of combined household income equal to at least 2x the monthly rent
Desired credit score of 500+
All occupants 18 years or older must complete an application
