if i could give this place 0 stars i would. and its not even the place its cassie in the leasing office, i love living here and the community but cassie is not a good staff member. she is very rude. i was supposed to move into my apartment june 1st, but she didnt move me in til i think june 7th or 8th but i still had to pay full rent. she claims one of the other staff members misplaced my mail key and i was just gonna have to "figure it out" but come to find out SHE is the one who threw it away and didnt tell me i had to go to the post office to get a new one, also two of the other staff members were harrassing me by finding me on social media and cassie claimed too much time had passed and was not going to go to HR or do anything about it she is VERY unprofessional and honestly NEVER in the office. when i was supposed to move in i would call and the girl that answered the phone would say ohh cassie left for the day at literally like 2 pm. oh and might i add our grass is to my knees :)

Stadium view is not an ideal place to live in. It sounds great with being in college but its not.
I lived there since august (its May) and we barley have hot water. They are never on time with anything including anything broken in the apartments. They treat their tenants terribly. They will not corporate with you in any way. They just care about money. Do yourself a favor and not live there.

My daughter has been living there with her dog for just under a year. The location is perfect. Literally right at the stadium. I know some of the prior reviews arent great but they just recently hired all new, really nice staff and they are working hard on repairs and getting things back on track. I would definitely recommend them if you are a student or if have a student attending MSU.
