ABOUT THE CONDO & RULES
The condo building houses 9 apartments and is managed by a professional property management company under the charge of an owner-driven HoA (housing association). The trustees of the HoA facilitate issues in the building and take care of everyone's interests. Services like snow shoveling, leaf removal, utility failures and upkeep are take care of by the HoA fees included in the rent.
