$50 application fee per person over the age of 18 (non-refundable)
$700 deposit due after approved application (must be paid within 48 hours of approval).
$65 admin fee + 1st months rent due on Move In date.
For showings: Take a picture of a photo id and text to 318-317-2987 or email it to office.caraway@gmail.com (please include the property you want to view). We will then reply with a lock box code during office hours to gain access to the property (showings are only Monday - Friday). To apply go to carawaymanagement.com and find the unit under available listings. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Requested move in date is not guaranteed. If approved all utilities must be transferred before move in.
Pet Deposit $250
Each additional pet $150
There are breed restrictions due to insurance
Qualifications: Minimum 3 times rent for monthly income. No evictions. No past due rent owed to other Landlords. In good standing with utility companies. Prefer at least 6 months working at the same job. No Section 8. Prefer a credit score above 600.
