A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds for each pet. A pet interview may be required prior to moving in. $300 Pet Deposit Per Apartment & $300 Pet Fee Per Pet. An additional $200 pet deposit is required for puppies under 12 months old. Monthly Fee of $35 for cats and $40 for dogs.
We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Please note, there is a nominal fee for pet profiles; assistance animal profiles are processed at no charge.
