Pet Policy:
A maximum of two approved pets may be permitted, subject to applicable local and state regulations, breed restrictions, and the following requirements:
Dogs:
Must weigh no more than 35 pounds each
Must be housebroken, spayed or neutered and free of fleas
Must be leashed whenever outside of the townhouse or patio
Pet waste must be picked up immediately
Pets must not be allowed to bark excessively, particularly when left unattended
Cats:
Must be litter-boxed trained, spayed or neutered, and free of fleas
Must be declawed (proof required) or have at least one scratching post in the unit (proof required)
Other permitted pets and limitations:
Small birds up to two (2) permitted and count as one pet deposit
Ferrets, guinea pigs, and hamsters up to two (2) and count as one pet deposit
Fish are allowed with an aquarium of up to 50 gallons (proof required) and they count as one pet deposit
NOT PERMITTED: SNAKES, IGUANAS, AND LIZARDS
Pet Fees and Deposits:
A one-time, refundable pet deposit of $500.00 is required per pet at lease signing
Additional Pet Rent of $10.00 per pet, per month is charged for each pet
At move-out, pet-related damages may be deducted from the pet deposit in proportion to the damage, as determined by management. If little or no damage is found, most or all of the deposit can be refunded.
Assistance Animals:
Qualified Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome with appropriate documentation, in accordance with applicable law. Assistance animals are not treated as pets and are not subject to pet fees or deposits per Fair Housing.
Application and Rental Policies:
Housing vouchers: We welcome all qualified applicants- however, this property does NOT currently accept Section 8 or other housing vouchers.
Application Processing: Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to application review and approval. Processing order may change depending on how promptly applicants provide requested documentation. For example, a later applicant may be approved before an earlier applicant if the earlier applicant delays in submitting required documents.

You will receive an email when processing of your application begins. Please check your email frequently and respond promptly to avoid delays.
Lease Signing and Security Deposit:
Approved applicants have a 24-hour window to sign the lease and pay the security deposit. The unit remains available until the lease has been executed and the security deposit has been paid with certified funds.
