I have had the best experience living at The Quarters and recommend it to everyone, especially students!
I just signed my lease here and my boyfriend has lived here for a year and we both really like it, really nice people! Im excited to move In.
The Quarters is a really great and nice place to live. The amenities are great especially the pool. We had no real complaints there....

However, one problem was that I re-let me apartment as I was moving. I moved out in December 20th and the next person was moving it sometime that week or the next. Because I was moving out early and the other person was moving in early I requested that my December rent be prorated as the other was moving in on days that I was legally entitled to and paid for. However, the management refused to do which I am not sure if that is legal, but it certainly isn't ethical. I would give this place 5 stars, but because of the move out experience I cannot.

Anytime I had any issue they fixed it right away. I never had to wait more than a couple days. Whenever I needed something they never made me feel like I was annoying or bothering them they were always ready to help. They are really organized also. I would recommend to anyone.
This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes in Bloomington! It comes fully furnished with granite countertops and all pretty new appliances....
This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes in Bloomington! It comes fully furnished with granite countertops and all pretty new appliances. Plus, the whole complex is kept super clean, including the community areas. Some of my favorite parts are the parking garage, roof top pool, gym, and the club house. Plus a bus that runs to campus every 30 minutes! I love it here and its a hard place to beat.
