Overpriced with very dated fixtures and low water pressure. When the water heater flooded the main floor they sent one maintenance person and I was expected to help remove the old tank still half full. Felt unsafe outside walking dog or taking the trash out. Large police drug bust one afternoon in the center of the property. One week later Bloomington PD chased and surrounded a gunman under my back deck. He shot at officers in an attempted suicide by cop. I requested a plan to protect the residence and property. They added a light in the parking area. They said they would add security cameras, stricter parking plan, and installing a fence to block a path to trailer park neighborhood. They have NOT followed thru on the other details. A large number of skunks are in the area. I leave for work very early in the morning and every time I see 4 or 5 of them as I walk my dog. A family of them walked across my path and I froze. It was a mother and 4 babies. One of the babies looked towards me at my dog and started towards us until the momma made a noise and it turned around. One morning a neighbor opened his door and surprised a skunk that was on the welcome mat. It sprayed the guy and inside his house, and since we are all connected I could smell it when I got home. Every fall you can expect to walk through silkworm webs from the top of the trees to the parking lot below. You won't see it but you'll feel it on your face. Constantly complained but claimed nothing could be done. You'll pay for pets but if you have a dog you'll notice the lack of suitable patches of grass. Nowhere to take them.
