I have lived at Adams Village for nearly a year and can honestly say that I have no complaints. I lived at another Regency Property Management complex for 5 years and have found their management and maintenance to be the easiest to work with and some of the most friendly in Bloomington. The community itself is incredibly safe and quiet. Staff always responds in a timely manner and maintenance gets things taken care of within 24 hours; I also love that they always stop and say hi when Im out walking my dog - it is clear that they all take pride in the community.

I love living here! My apartment is clean, spacious, perfect for me and my fur babies. Liz, in the office, and the maintenance crew are all extremely friendly and very welcoming when we moved in. It is worth every single penny- you have nice neighbors, quiet environment and an office and crew that will help you out in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Adam's Village!

I can't recommend this place. It is very expensive for what it is and I've had non-stop problems with the property. For the most part, the management is nice and service can be quick (unless during the holiday, then you don't hear anything for a couple weeks). We were moved into a property that smelled like feces, then, when they didn't believe us enough to pay for a hotel room (they didn't want to pay for our dogs), tried to move us in to a bigger apartment at an additional cost. Eventually, we had to wait a week and move across the way. After that, we dealt with termites, utility problems, and now our refrigerator constantly runs and doesn't get cold. All this and they are RAISING rent after being one of the more expensive properties that isn't in central Bloomington. Look elsewhere before coming here.

My little family has lived here for almost 4 years. The staff is great to work with, and work orders are completed within 24 hours. They work hard to make it a community instead of just a place to rent. The area is quiet with plenty of places to go for a walk, and easy access to get to grocery stores and other businesses of interest.

The location is ideal, it's far enough from downtown to have a quiet atmosphere but close enough that everything is a quick 2-5 min drive away.
The apartments are well kept with regular maintenance, they are spacious and well laid out.
The staff, both the office and maintenance are very nice and friendly, and they respond quickly to any problem in apartment or the community.
I would definitely recommend it!

The location is great, it's far enough to have a quite surrounding and close enough that everything you might need is 5-10 minute drive away. Adams is very close to the Clear Creek Trail so you can go running, cycling or take your dog any time you want.
The staff here is great, everyone is really friendly. There were a few minor problems with the townhouse when we moved in, but the office and the maintenance guy, Greg responded fast to resolve all issues quickly.

The maintenance and office staff were very nice and responsive, even helping us find someone to take over our lease when we had to move for work. Our neighbors were great -- friendly, never loud or obnoxious. We loved the location, too -- super close to SR 37 and the Clear Creek Trail. I'd recommend to anyone!
