I lived with Burnham for 3 years at 344 S Dunn as a law student. It's a great place to live, especially if you're a student in the Law School or Optometry School. For one, the location is exceptional. Second, the apartments are very clean and in good shape. Additionally, every member of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Any sort of service request is generally taken care of during the day by one of their two great maintenance people. They're easily the best landlord I've ever had of my many different apartments. I can't recommend them enough!

I lived in an apartment at 344 S Dunn for three years and had a very positive experience. The Burnham staff is very friendly and responsive. The apartments are well maintained and the staff responds quickly if something goes wrong. I would highly recommend Burnham Rentals to anyone looking for a great place to live in Bloomington.

I have rented with Burnham for nine years - three years at 404 S. Fess and six years at 411 S. Henderson. I cannot recommend these landlords more highly. Most of their properties are older, but very well maintained. On the rare instances when I had maintenance issues, problems were always fixed very promptly, often same-day, and a few times within an hour or two of emailing the office. Jill, in the office, is the nicest and most helpful person to work with. I cannot recommend them more highly. Definitely the best landlords in Bloomington.

I was a Burnham resident for three years while attending the Indiana University Maurer School of Law (fall 2013 - spring 2016). This was easily the best landlord-tenant relationship I've ever had. Repairs were always made in a timely manner, and the bigger the issue was the faster it got fixed. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. I didn't even have to request the return of my security deposit, it arrived in the mail about a week after I moved out. It's a family business and you feel like part of the family. Would recommend living in one of their properties to anyone. I lived at the Burnham Apartments building at 444 East Third St. and loved it.
