Saint Anne is a small apartment community made up of eight one-bedroom units. Each unit is spacious and comes with its own washer and dryer! Residents of Saint Anne are within walking distance of Walgreens and the Lakeview district, and a short drive to Piggly Wiggly Clairmont, Forest Park, and Highland Park.

*$75 application fee for each tenant
(Requirements: 640+ credit score, an income of 2.5x monthly rent, no evictions)
*If a co-signer is needed, they must fill out an application as well.
(Co-signer requirements: 640+ credit score, an income of 3.5x monthly rent)
*Security Deposit (refundable) amount is $600 at Approval
*Administrative Fee (non-refundable) is $350 and due before the move-in date.
*$300 pet deposit + $15/mo pet rent (unless a documented service animal)
*No utilities are included with the rent
