Leaks keep happening maintenance sucks Im at breaking point people leave trash out for weeks before taking it to the dumpster. Seriously thinking about breaking my lease. Cant keep spending my money where I'm not happy
These are the worst apartments to live in. Don't waste your time or money.
The only reason they get 1 star is because I had to. Continual LEAKS causing MOLD from ceiling. RATS!!!!!! I mean they were there...

My apartment was broken into & I lived in front of the rent office & next complex from the manager. My advice keep looking! I had nowhere else to go at the time!!!!!

I used to live there. I kept a clean apartment but I had thousands of roommates (roaches from neighbors). Pest control was a joke. They must hsve sprayed sugar water. I had to bomb almost weekly and spray raid almost daily. There were nights I woke up swatting bugs off me. I used to hear my next door neighbor cussing her kids out.
Someone attempted to break in my unit (2nd floor). They climbed up the balcony and busted out my glass but couldnt get in. The complex charged me for it andthreatened to evict me if I didnt pay for it (even though I was always current on rent). I paid for the glass anyway. Not to memtion the sliding door was off track (they never fixed) so there was always a gap causing high electric bills.
I gave a 60 day notice that I was moving. I turned it in friday (dated), they got it monday and claimed I didnt give 60 days. A few months after I moved I saw my credit report, they turned me over to collections charging me for an extra month AFTER my lease was up.
They never attempted to reach me even though I gave them a phone number and forwarding address. It was ridiculous. I heard it went further downhill after I moved. When I moved I had to leave my furniture outdoors because of all those bugs.
That was an experience!

There already been a shooting here, our water heater doesnt work well, the freezer has already stopped working and the BUGS... there everywhere. With 2 children under 2 we're NOT happy were staying here! Dont waste your time or $$$.
