Respect the History
You’re staying in a piece of Birmingham’s story — built in the 1890s and still standing strong. Please treat it with care and respect.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No open flames, candles, or incense.
Keep drinks and food away from original wood surfaces when possible.
Guests & Gatherings
The home sleeps 8 guests maximum overnight.
Small gatherings, meetings, and micro-weddings are welcome with prior host approval.
Any gathering or event with more than 8 people total (including vendors) will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, planners, etc.). Cleaning after vendors is not included in the booking price and will be billed separately if needed.
*****Unauthorized events or additional guests beyond the agreed number may result in cancellation or additional fees.
Noise & Neighborhood
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
No outdoor amplified music, DJs, or large sound equipment without written host approval.
Please be considerate of neighbors and maintain the calm, historic character of the neighborhood.

Off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles in the rear or side of the property.
Additional street parking is available nearby—please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
