We highly recommend living at Interpointe Apartments! We moved from TN and finding an available place, site unseen was a bit stressful. The office has been very helpful and so friendly. I love stopping in just to say "hi". Maintenance is fantastic, always responding quickly, respectfully and efficient. We live on the 3rd floor and hardly ever hear our neighbors. It is so much more quieter than other apartments we've lived in the past. We also feel very safe living here. The key fobs to secure the building is excellent. And all the neighbor's we've met have been very friendly and respectful. I would give it 5 stars if parking wasn't such an issue. We have a garage and don't have to fight for a spot anymore, but people park all along the corners making turns too tight. I would also suggest marking the parking lot/road so that traffic is flowing in one direction. There is construction going on that will provide more parking so hopefully this will not be an issue much longer. The other thing is the price, which really is not the apartment's fault because of the market right now. But, at almost 2k/month I'd expect more. This is the same as we paid to live in Hawaii.

Nicole Hembd guided me and my roommate through the process of leasing an apartment, and was extremely courteous, friendly, and overall quite helpful. The apartment itself is excellent, and far more spacious than I had hoped to find in Billings. I would highly recommend staying here.

Move-in review: My wife and I come from out of state. Nichole was great at answering questions and ensuring the move-in went smoothly. The apartment unit was clean, and everything was functional. The complex itself is clean, and close to a very nice conservation area for a beautiful evening stroll. Parking at night can be sparse, but there is street parking and they are in the process of expanding the parking lot. They are building new apartment buildings, so there will be construction noise, but it doesn't bother us.
