We are conveniently located across the street from South Park, Billings’ oldest city park, and we are close to downtown shopping, dining, entertainment, medical clinics and hospitals. We are located on the city bus route with a bus stop right in front of our building.
Fraser Tower offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment offers an electric stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, electric heat, air conditioning, window coverings, carpeting and lots of closet space. Electricity, water, sewer, and trash are also included.
Fraser Tower Apartments offer secure building access, elevators, off-street parking, on-site coin-operated laundry and a community room where we have social gatherings, game nights and pot luck dinners as well as other activities on a regular basis.
