This property is in a quiet area of town near the end of a dead end street. The neighborhood has a couple of other houses along the street, along with a small school (which is in its final year of operation), and the historic remnants of the old Benzonia High School from the 1950s which is being renovated into a winery!
There are many features that come with this place such as a clawfoot tub that is perfect for a nice long bath. Laundry machines are available for use in the house. This property has a front yard that you may use.

-Crystal Mountain: 12 minutes
-Crystal Lake: 2 minutes (just down the hill. Can walk there if desired)
