Process:
1. Please click the blue Apply Now button on the listing or link www.avail.co/apply/6Nzrygc and fill out the application, with names and email addresses of landlords and employers of the last four years. The computer program will email landlords- I will email employers for referrals.
2. If those referrals work out, we'll schedule a viewing.
3. After viewing, if you confirm you want to rent it, you can authorize the background check, which is $55.
4. If that works out, we'll schedule a time to meet, sign the lease agreement, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and get keys.
