Apartment rent includes water and sewer, snowplowed driveway and parking (with 1 or 2 spots for you), and trash collection. Tenant pays electricity and heat (propane). Apartment has deck facing back lawn and trees.
Property has a laundry room and a back lawn with picnic table.
No dogs. No smoking anything.
Process:
1. Please fill out the application form by clicking on the blue Apply Now button on the original listing on avail.co, providing names and email addresses of landlords and employers of the last four years. The computer will email landlords- I'll email employers for a referral.
2. If those referrals go well, we'll schedule a viewing.
3. If after the viewing, you confirm you want to rent it, you can authorize the background check, which is $55.
4. If the background check goes well, we can schedule a time to meet, sign the rental agreement, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and receive keys.
