Wearing a Mask is Recommended while Inside the Unit. ******YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED at least two weeks prior to the viewing IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO WEAR A MASK****Please review the below protocol BEFORE entering the unit.****
1. Maintain a Seven-Foot distance from others at all times
2. Wearing a Face Mask is Recommended at all times
3. Only Two Persons will be allowed to enter at the same time (unless you confirm that all attendees are from the same household.)
4. Do Not Enter the Premises if you or anyone you have been in contact with having any symptoms of Covid-19, influenza, or a cold. These symptoms may include but are not limited to: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, and headache.
5. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please leave the premises and immediately get tested
6. We recommend you use hand sanitizer BEFORE and AFTER entering the unit
7. The Showing Assistant will keep the door and window open to promote good airflow (we apologize if it’s cold)
