One of our favorite features is the abundance of natural light from the large windows and the open, inviting living spaces. You will be enchanted by the tranquility provided by our dead-end streets, as are the local deer, quail, bunnies, and birds who saunter in the front yard. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch or unwinding on the back deck after a long day, you'll appreciate the quiet surroundings.
You'll also enjoy practical conveniences that are hard to find. There's ample parking for larger vehicles or RVs, plus plenty of garage space for bikes, outdoor equipment, or other personal gear. Our home is powered by solar energy, and if you drive an electric vehicle, you're welcome to charge it during your stay. We are less than a 5 minutes' drive to downtown, half a dozen parks, the Deschutes River (and its lovely pedestrian path), Pilot Butte with its amazing views, St. Charles Hospital, and Highway 97 (which gets you to Smith Rock State Park). The Yacht Club is the neighborhood's favorite hang-out space. Bruno's Pizza and Market is also a great score just blocks away.
Comfort is a priority here. The home features central air conditioning, a tankless water heater for endless hot water, and air purifiers throughout. You'll find comfortable beds, reliable appliances, comfy furniture, and ample storage space throughout the home- so you can settle in and truly make yourself at home for however long you decide to stay.
Monthly rent and utility costs are based on a one month room rental, sharing common spaces with owners and/or other renters. If you sign a 3-6 month lease, monthly rental decreases and some utilities become included. Pets are negotiable and dependent upon other occupants approval.
