Refundable Security Deposit based on Credit Score:
650-699 = One Month’s Rent
700-749 = $1,050
750 + = $550
Rental Terms:
1. Term: 12 Months (3 Months and 10 Months Optional if Available)
2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), no pet deposit, monthly pet rent of 2% of the unit's rent (whether 1 or 2 pets).
3. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.
4. Parking - One parking space available, included in rent.
5. Utilities Monthly Fee for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
1 Occupant: $75
2 Occupants: $140
3 Occupants: $190
Each additional occupant: + $50
