The Bedroom includes a queen sized bed with new mattress and lots of closet space including great shelving an organization. The bathroom is located between the bedroom and living room and features a full size walk in shower with seat.

The shared portion of the property and main house has a dog already in residence and so no other pets will be allowed. No Pets, No Smoking and No Students.
