I'm new to Tower 12. From day #1, when I first made my first phone call to the property, was impressed. Christina in leasing is gracious, kind, and patient in always answering my questions about the property, and my lease. Steve and Taryn her team, are also very, very, very accomodating in her absence. I LOVE THIS TEAM. The concierge desk with Mike, Michael, and Ryan is top notch; so much better than the front desk at Helios Apartments. They are kind, polished, professional, accomodating, and bend over backwards to help residents!!! I can't tell you enough about the people here. I REALLY LOVE THIS TEAM. The package concierge being available here is also better than Helios Apartments (they didn't have a secured system for packages and once I had $60 of merchandise stolen there). But here, they take package security very seriously. They also have community activities here! That's something they didn't have at Helios. While the facilities aren't perfect, no place is, I can deal with a the loading dock not available for usage on Saturdays (most people's moving days). But would I recommend living here? Absolutely, and I already have a friend who's agreed to move in. Please consider Tower 12 if you're a responsible, conscientious tenant who wants to be a positive addition to this community.

We moved in mid April 2022 and have been blown away by the care and dedication starting from our first tour with Christina and the amazing front desk team Mike, Michael, Ryan and everyone else at Tower 12. They have made us feel at home from day one and every day since. They go above and beyond every single day to put a smile on our face and really care about the community here. We are so happy to call Tower 12 home and thank you so much Tower 12 team.

I have lived here at Tower 12 in Seattle for just under a year. I'm very satisfied with my 2-bedroom apartment and all the available amenities T12 has to offer. The 34th floor Sky Lounge and other facilities (world class exercise facility, conference rooms, outdoor decks with views of the Olympics and downtown Seattle, movie theater, and many others) are "best in class". The staff at Tower 12 go out of their way to be helpful and make all residents feel at home. 24/7 concierge and attention to security are great! This is just a fun/great place to live if you want to be part of a diverse community within the downtown area. The residents here are diverse and all very nice people. And, this is a very pet friendly place to live! I really could not ask for more from an urban apartment community and the highly professional team that manage T12. I highly recommend Tower 12!

Christina Nguyen, leasing consultant, went above and beyond to help me find a perfect apartment at Tower12. Initially, I was interested in an another apartment and I just called Tower12 to casually explore my options. However, after talking with Christina, she has been so fantastic and helpful that I chose Tower 12 as my new home in Seattle without any hesitation.
