We've lived here for 5 years and we love it. Jackie is very nice and always helpful and the staff are very attentive and friendly. They keep it clean and well maintained. The grounds are pretty and there's a fenced in dog park too. Very pet friendly community. Neighbors are all nice and quiet. Never had any problems with parking or noise since we've lived here. There's an elementary school nearby and it's very good. There's also a grocery store, pharmacy, urgent care center, credit union, gas stations, a community pool, restaurants and hotels within 1 mile. We highly recommend living at Perkins Place!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My family and I just recently relocated from south Florida to Maryland due to a company transfer. After looking around at so many other locations, I felt drawn to Perkins Place after my initial inquiry to Jackie. She was not only prompt, attentive & informal, but she is such a pleasure! The area is great, and the homes are beautiful, clean and have great amenities. The maintenance of the ground is some of the best Ive seen. This place is for sure a hidden gem, and feels like home.I foresee my family, and I calling Perkins place home for quite sometime. Im sure all other residents feel the same as we received one of the last left of these beautiful homes. If you are in the process of looking for a rental in the area I highly recommend you check them out!
