Beautiful, safe place to live! The grounds are kept immaculate and the maintenance staff is always making sure each tenants needs are met in a timely manner! Love the pool, work out facility, storage options on location and convenient trash and recycling area! The staff is courteous and pleasant and do their best to help you with any and all concerns you may have!

We have lived here for over a year and Reggie and his team have been extremely accommodating. Any time anything needed to be looked at or fixed, we have never had to wait, it would get fixed immediately. Reggie cares about the tenants and will go the extra mile to make the tenant happy and to work with you regardless of the situation. Alicia has also been accommodating helpful. Her response time is almost immediate. The rest of the staff is very professional and friendly. The property/ grounds/ pool is always well kept, clean and beautiful. With the amenities, snow removal, and maintenance free lifestyle it is a great place to live.

We have been at the apartment complex for about a year. It is a very safe community with plenty of amenities. The management team are very responsive, easy to get a hold of. Communication is very easy email, a text or a call.The maintenance crew keep this property in excellent condition they are responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. They are extremely professional and have always taken care of any requests quickly and pleasantly.

The Fairway Apartments, moved in 7 years ago, with the intent on buying a new home, but my family and I really like it here. Reggie is excellent maintenance manager, any issues related to the property are handled quickly and professionally. Something breaks, they fix it or replace it. Patty and her staff are excellent. they are responsive and address issues quickly.;also will hear both parties out to make sure it isn't one sided and the facts are presented.
The grounds are well kept, beautiful landscaping, green grass, huge fields. Snow removal is quick and efficient. Plenty of parking, 2 gyms, pool and onsite storage. what more could you ask for?

Maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently with alot of professionalism.. Tom is usually my go to guy. He is friendly and gets the job done quickly..

I have been living here for the past 2 years and have nothing to say but positive things about the professionalism of the entire organization. The front office is very friendly and helpful and all problems are quickly addressed and resolved. All of the staff work tirelessly to make your residence the best experience possible (especially when it snows). The clubhouse, facilities, swimming pool and property are all well-kept and maintained for the satisfaction of the residents.

My husband and I moved our family here 7 years ago. We did this because we wanted to be able to live in a safe place and raise our children. This complex is one of the safest and quietest around. We very rarely have and issue and when we do the staff is always very helpful to us. Patty and Reggie have always been so kind to us. Reggie and his staff always fix anything that needs repair very quickly. Patty and the other office staff are always polite and courteous to us. We plan on living her for many more years because it is an amazing place to live the pool and the grounds are very well kept, it truly is a clean place to live and quiet. Reggie is always driving around which makes you feel safe to know that someone is always out watching the community. Great place to live.

I lived here at Fairways for two years and had a great experience. From the beautiful landscaping to the delightful pool...you can't ask for anything more. The central office and maintenance crew are top notch as far as I'm concerned. I never had to wait for maintenance and was always able to get a person when I called the front office. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because rent was increased in year 2 and would have gone up again if I stayed for a third year.

My husband and I lived here very happily in a two bedroom, second floor apartment on the older side of the Fairways. It really seemed more like a condo than an apartment because of the space and private entrance! Any issue with the property was taken care of within 24 hours. The pool and gyms were clean, updated, and extremely useful. The parkway entrance is barely a minute away. The grounds were kept immaculate snow or shine! There was also ample parking for our guests. We loved it here.

The landlord/owners here will not take action to protect you if you are excessively disturbed by another tenant. They are cowards who will not allow you to contact them directly, and hide behind their incompetent office staff who claim their hands are tied by corporate. They have have lied to us, ignored us, and treated us with contempt in order to silence our complaints. We are startled awake at all hours of the night with loud banging on the floors and walls, stomping, screaming, and violent physical altercations from the tenants above. Any reasonable person would not put up their sleep being disturbed every night. The Toms River Police Dept. has acknowledged that the property management here is at fault, and the police are often called here because the landlords refuse their legal responsibility to deal with disorderly tenants. They eventually gave us the option of breaking our lease if we provided a move out date within ONE WEEK! This shows you how spiteful and unreasonable the owners are, as if anyone could save money and find a new home in a matter of seven days. This is how they treat faithful, quiet tenants who lived here for 18 years.

My family and I LOVE living here! We have been here for almost 2 years and never had any problems. The development is always kept clean and neat. The maintenance team is very professional. Reggie & Tom are always on top of things. My heat wasn't working one night and they came out within 5 mins, 10pm, to fix it.
The office staff is great! Salestina and Patty are helpful and kind. Everyone is friendly.
The pool area is well managed and beyond clean! We cannot wait for it to open for the season.

I have resided in Fairways for over 7 years. There is no apartment complex in Ocean County that up keeps the property as the Fairways does. If something is broken they come out and make the repairs. They offer a beautiful clubhouse with pool and two gyms. I feel safe there as they oversee any issues with their tenants and address them.

Absolutely disgraceful maintenance service!! Any apartment complex has their own snow plow removal service. This place didn't even shovel the sidewalks or entrance areas to the doors causing such a safety hazard. Then their maintained guy Reggie drive around in his truck with a shovel in te back not doing anything. Finally when a plow comes through they block your car in and you can't even take a shovel to it to try and get your car out. They tell you to dig your car out and THEN they will plow the spot out! I have heart problems and can't do this by myself. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
