A pet-friendly community - no breed restrictions. A one time 300 dollar pet charge and 20 dollars a month pet rent apply. We require renters insurance with at least 100,000 dollars of personal liability coverage.
We are directly behind the hospital in Bay City, minutes from Highway 35 and downtown. This is a new address, so if your GPS does not have it yet, navigate to the hospital and we are right behind it.
These are promotional rates while we are under construction. Every adult over 18 applies separately and the application fee is 100 dollars per adult. The security deposit is one full month, due at signing.
