Formerly a firehouse that was converted to apartments in 2007, Printers Square offers a unique, updated city setting while preserving the original features of the building. This property is really nice. The units are unique and pretty, it has nice amenities, and the staff is quite pleasant. Parking is pretty good for the city. The building is quiet. It is a sturdy, solid building, so you can hear footsteps. The views are very nice from the north facing upper floors. Its a great neighborhood for taking walks and runs. A lot of food, bars, stores, in walking distance. I would refer a friend to live here. Things to consider is that it is by a train station, so there noise that comes from there at odd hours. I'm not sure how often it occurs, but car break ins are a possibility. And you might have to stay on top of maintenance to get things done, but it does get done. The maintenance staff are friendly. It is a very well kept apartment.
