Called a couple of times for information. Would not give any information out unless I were to first come in an fill out an application. Went in to fill out an application and the employee I spoke to falsely accused me. Spoke to manager looking for an apology and manager was so disrespectful it wasn't funny. I then contact HUD by telephone to complain. They were very understanding and asked me to put my concerns in writing to them which I intend to do. This is managed by a very unprofessional property manager with absolutely no class or customer service skills.

When we originally moved in here it was a great complex that was well run and maintained. After the new property management company took over things went straight downhill. Unless they have straightened things out since we left, which I doubt, I would not recommend living here.
