QUALIFICATIONS
1. You must make 3 times the amount of the rent between you and any other adult living there.
2. You must have good credit. A minimum of a 550 FICO credit score. We do run credit reports that will show all collections, judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies, evictions, and any past due invoices not paid. As wells as back ground checks.
3. You must have at least 2 yrs. of verifiable rental history with a landlord.
4. You must be at your job a minimum of six months with proof of at least (2) months of paystubs.
